Sir Thomas Rich’s has been ranked 188th nationally in School Sport Magazine’s Top 200 Sporting Schools of 2025. The annual list recognises schools across the country for their commitment to sport, drawing on results from more than 20 different sports and over 120 competitive events. The rankings include both state and independent schools and reflect performance across a wide range of sporting activities. Many of the higher ranked schools are independent schools with strong sporting traditions, while state schools also feature throughout the list.
Being included in this national list highlights the consistent effort of our students, staff and coaches, and reflects the breadth of opportunities we provide for pupils to enjoy and compete in sport.
