The latest session of the Rich's Shaping Futures Programme welcomed local primary pupils for another afternoon of activities and academic support. Delivered by our amazing Year 13 Sports Committee, the session included basketball, football, music and team games, all designed to build confidence, teamwork and enjoyment.

The Programme, which takes place over several sessions at Sir Thomas Rich's across the school year, offers eligible primary pupils - mainly in Year 4 and 5 - the opportunity to develop key skills in a supportive environment while also helping them prepare for the Grammar School Admissions Test.

Our Year 13 leaders demonstrated excellent organisational skills and enthusiasm, working closely with the younger pupils and encouraging them to take part fully.

Shaping Futures continues to be an important strand of outreach work for the School, and a way in which to support local families, offering both enrichment and targeted preparation as pupils begin to think about the next stage in their education.
