We were pleased and proud to play host to the Gloucester Schools' Partnership (GSP) annual Primary Shakespeare Festival in the Spring Term. Eight primary schools from our local area gathered in our school hall to rehearse and then perform scenes from The Tempest for their families. The young actors took to our stage like seasoned performers and put on a fantastic show, using an array of props and costumes.
Events such as these form a key part of our outreach work within the wider Gloucestershire school community, and our Sixth Form leadership team played an important role in supporting the Festival, helping out and acting as mentors and role models throughout the day.
