Our Year 11 pupils have celebrated some fantastic GCSE results: an impressive 52% of all entries were awarded the top grades of 8 and 9, while 73% of grades achieved were at grade 7 or above, reflecting the remarkable achievements of our pupils. Matthew Lynch, Headteacher at Sir Thomas Rich’s, said:
"Once again, these are an excellent set of GCSE results, and I am incredibly proud of all that our pupils have achieved. Their success is a testament to their hard work, resilience and personal commitment throughout their time at STRS.
"These results also reflect the unwavering support of parents and the dedication of our teachers and support staff, for which I am enormously grateful.
"Most importantly, our Year 11 pupils have secured results of which they should be immensely proud. On behalf of everyone at Sir Thomas Rich’s, I congratulate them on all that they have achieved and wish them every success as they continue their academic journey."
