Our Year 13 studentsrecently took part in sessions designed to support their next steps and prepare them for life beyond Sixth Form. Students explored Degree Apprenticeships and how LinkedIn can be used as a valuable tool for networking and building professional connections.
We were also delighted to welcome Simon Lovell-Jones from Aberystwyth University, who delivered an engaging session on Industry 5.0 and the employability skills students will need to succeed in the changing world of work.
To support their university, apprenticeship and employment applications, students also had the opportunity to receive personalised feedback on their CVs, helping them to strengthen their applications and present their skills and experiences with confidence.
