We are excited to announce that the next whole-school production will be The Wizard of Oz, planned for this November/December (performance dates to be announced). The hard work is already well underway with auditions, casting and rehearsals all taking place in the Summer Term.
Alumni and friends of the School will be very welcome to attend the performances of course; look out for ticket announcements on our social media channels nearer the time.
Were you involved in a school production during your time here? Perhaps you performed on stage, sang in the chorus, played in the orchestra, helped backstage, or supported the technical team. We would love to hear your memories of the productions you were part of.
If you have any photographs, programmes, or favourite stories to share, please do send them to sjv@strs.org.uk as we would be delighted to celebrate these memories and share the rich history of performances and musical theatre at Sir Thomas Rich's.
(This amateur production of The Wizard of Oz is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd, on behalf of Tams-Witmark LLC www.concordtheatricals.co.uk.)
